BLOOD & TEST RESULTS

Please can patients be reminded that blood and test results can be given after 11am.  Reception staff are extremely busy early in the mornings, plus should any query arise then a clinician can be consulted.

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you cannot attend your appointment, please call us & let us know.

We could then offer that time to another Patient who needs to be seen.

PATIENT CAR PARK

Please could all patient who use the car park do so considerately.  We are very lucky to be able to provide on site parking, however spaces are limited.  The entrance to the car park is also an access road to residential properties and access is also required for emergency vehicles.  Please do no block the access road or entrance to the surgery in case of an emergency.

The car park to the rear of the surgery is designated for staff vehicles only.  Parking in this area could lead to your vehicle being blocked in by staff members arriving for work.  If this does happen you may have to wait for the clinical staff member to finish seeing to a patient before they can move their vehicle.

Thank you for your co-operation.

DID NOT ATTEND APPOINTMENT POLICY

Due to an increase in the number of wasted appointments through patients failing to attend without informing the surgery, it has become necessary to implement the following policy:

If you repeatedly fail to attend appointments you may be removed from this practice list and be required to find an alternative doctor.

If you cannot attend your appointments for any reason please let us know as soon as possible, giving at least 24 hours notice.  We can then offer the appointment to someone else.

Thank you for your co-operation.
