Lincolnshire Primary Care Saying Thank You Campaign is a newly launched campaign to encourage patients to leave messages of thanks to Primary Care staff working in Lincolnshire. The campaign highlights the positive impact of a simple thank you, with a view to increasing staff morale in these challenging times.
The campaign will run until March 2025, and the messages of thanks will be sent to us at regular intervals so we can display these in the practice and also use them to support staff appraisals.
There is also a prize available for the practice that receives the most thank you messages 
If you would like to leave a thank you message you can scan the QR code in the image below or forms will be readily available in the waiting rooms at the practice, completed forms can be handed to reception.
