The service is provided by our Practice Nurses who have skills and experience in dealing with minor accidents and emergencies.
If you have a minor injury, please book in at reception. The length of your wait will depend on the seriousness of your condition, but there may also be a wait depending on the availability of the nurse – the nurses have pre-booked clinics they must also attend to, but can prioritise urgent cases.
The 111 advice line and Out of Hours service will also always be available if you require non-life-threatening help or advice, particularly if outside of the above opening times.
Please note; Sleaford Medical Group is not an NHS Walk-In Centre for general Doctors’ appointments. This service is only for minor injuries to relieve pressure on Accident and Emergency Departments.
