Enhanced Access

South Lincoln Healthcare PCN (Primary Care Network) provide Enhanced Access appointments between 6.30pm - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays. Please note the Enhanced Access service is not a walk-in service.

Please note these appointments are offered at a PCN level and is fulfilled by our practices on a rota basis (details in calendar below). This means not all practices will be open at all of these times, as such practices are not able to respond to general enquiries during these hours.

Please be aware, your appointment may be a telephone call or a face-to-face appointment and can be with a variety of clinicians including GP's, ANP's, Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.

Appointments are available for any patient registered to one of the South Lincoln Healthcare practices:

• Branston & Heighington Family Practice
• Brant Road Surgery
• Church Walk Surgery
• Cliff Villages Medical Practice
• The Heath Surgery
• Washingborough Family Practice

You will need to consent to a clinican that may not be your own GP or employed at your registered GP practice, viewing and updating your medical record.

For urgent matters at evenings, weekends and bank holidays, patients will continue to access the GP Out of Hours services at Lincoln County Hospital via NHS 111.
