Once you’ve submitted your appointment request, our team will prioritize your needs and offer an appointment within the following timeframes:
🕒 Same day
🕒 Within 7 days
🕒 Within 8-14 days

These changes are a result of our commitment to improving access to healthcare services in line with the NHS Contract. We want to ensure you get the care you need as soon as possible, and you might be seen by a GP, ANP, First Contact Physio, Clinical Pharmacist, or another team member who’s best suited to address your concerns.

We value your feedback, both positive and negative, as we strive to make this new system work seamlessly for both patients and our dedicated staff.
