Church Walk Surgery would like to invite patients to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).  We meet every 3 months to discuss updates and news within Church Walk Surgery.  Our Patient Participation Group is an open forum for any patient to bring ideas and suggestions to help us continue to improve.
